CASM and ISD have partnered over years to create in-depth situational snapshots of radical religious, ethno-nationalist, far right/left, neo-Nazi, misogynistic, and other extremists online, as well as certain kinds of harmful conspiracy theorists. This monitoring includes numerous mainstream social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, and a range of ‘alt tech’ platforms, including Parler, Telegram, alongside stand-alone extremist forums.
